What will you do?
As a Support employee, you are the vital link between users, developers and account managers. You are responsible for analysing customer questions and handle requests from start to finish, supported by your technical colleagues. At Dutchview, we do not work with targets or maximum call times, our only target is: a satisfied customer.
You will be working for our software applications FlexWhere and Ed Controls. Both these applications are used in the B2B market. Our apps are used daily by thousands of customers at home and abroad.
Who are you?
You feel responsible for the customer and your service-mindedness ensures that the customer is helped as quickly and as well as possible. You enjoy working in an international environment and keep a cool head during stressful situations. You are ambitious and keen to develop yourself.
What do you bring?
You have good communication skills;
Experience in customer-facing environment, you are a good listener;
Problem-solving skills, you like helping customers, via email or phone;
Affinity with software;
Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing;
A college education or corresponding working and thinking level;
Good command of the German language is a plus.
